Kolaches, to put it simply, are a sweetened, yeasted dough with a filling. Traditionally topped with cheese or fruit, the Czech pastry’s popularity in Texas has stretched that definition to include a variety of savory fillings as well. Whether you need something sweet to go with your coffee, you need an affordable option to cater your next meeting, or you need a quick lunch that’s easy to eat on the go, Kolache Co. has your back.

We recommend you enjoy your kolaches within three days of purchasing, and keep them stored in an airtight container, or freeze for up to two months.
Microwave for thirty seconds at a time until you reach your desired temperature (this usually takes about 90 seconds), or heat in a 325 degree oven for ten to fifteen minutes on an ungreased cookie sheet. (We recommend the oven if you're heating more than two kolaches at a time!)
